Ashley was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She graduated from Omaha North High School. Ashley’s journey into the legal field began in 2003 when she became a receptionist for an Omaha law firm where she met and worked with David Handley for almost two years until their journeys took them in different directions. Ashley worked as a legal assistant in a variety of different practice areas until 2018.
In 2018, Ashley again began working with David in the same year he started Handley Law. She enjoys and excels at working with people, understanding legal procedures, and staying ahead of deadlines. Being a legal assistant allows Ashley to help people who need it the most. She is as much an advocate for injured people as is David. Assisting our injured clients in finding appropriate treatment, needed benefits, and closure to their legal problems are three of her personal top priorities.
Outside the office Ashley spends time with her family, her hobbies are vast and diverse, and her artwork is impressive. She loves to spend her summers on the water, camping and spending as much time outside as she can.
